-Sibiya claims he went to a braai which Mr M and his sister held a braai at Kempton Park

-Mr M requested him to pick up his daughter ZM, from Centurion. For this purpose, he gave me her phone number and details

- Approximately, a week after the braai, Mr M went to Sibiya’s house, as he normally did, to visit.

-Mr M told Sibiya he was disturbed because he received a video of ZM engaging in sexual activity from an undisclosed
source.

-Mr M forwarded this video to Sibiya whilst expressing his disappointment
