@BCTheTruthl Also take into consideration the event was on a Sunday evening with a short delay, it was at the tail end of a HUGE sports weekend in the US because you had the NBA finals, NHL finals, and the World Cup! That's not even getting into the Netflix vs Paramount+ angle either!

It’s amazing to see how many MMA and Boxing ratings experts exist on X / twitter.

99% have no experience in what they are talking about but they are passionate about it as if they have a degree in viewership methodology and metrics. So wrong, so often.

All shows love for the sports though.

@AndyHickeyMMA I think their best play is to put on 3 to 4 events per year but you MUST have strong cards each time. I think that will be difficult because almost all fighters they'd look at won't be free agents and a large percentage of them will be locked into ironclad contracts.
