@ojabowalola It *could* be doing this well but it is likely much lower:

- The count increases everytime an app adds the plugin, but does not decrease when they cancel
- The count increases when an app is cloned
- It may have been free at some point and added to many apps

@jamesdevonport @postmarkapp After reading the statuspage write up it seems like the Transactional API was abused and used for email blasting? Disappointing they just shut down the API instead of a warning/investigating with you, but it seems reasonable by them to at least recognize this and do something
