I'm not sure I'll survive the next 8 weeks.

Right now, I'm
• Leading an AI product team, starting a new project and doing BD in my day job
• Working with 3 ghostwriting clients by night
• And preparing to fundraise for a non-profit I run

I'm constantly on the verge of burnout and panic.

But this is what I signed up for.

3 months ago, I would have died to have the problems I have now:

Balancing multiple clients alongside my 9-5.

But while these are 'good' problems.

If not managed properly, they will rapidly descend into bad problems.

So, this is a reminder to self and to all.

When hell week(s) approach, don't hole up and neglect yourself.

Mandate time for self care and a life.

I know the only way I'm going to make it out alive is if I
• Move daily
• Meditate daily
• Get enough rest
• Get out and see people to take my mind off work

Remember, work is important.

But nothing - I repeat, nothing.

Is worth risking your health for.

Whole lot of good money will make if you're not around to enjoy it.

Work hard but rest hard.
