GOLD vs BTC

> Current cycle:
Gold pump = BTC chop/dump
Gold local top = BTC local bottom and pump

> Previous cycle:
Gold parabolic = BTC slow grind up ($3k → $11–13k)
Gold top = Start of BTC parabolic run ($11k → $69k)

Negative correlation still very much alive, as you can see in the intra-cycle moves on the left:
> Every time Gold runs, Bitcoin chops, and when Gold tops locally, Bitcoin catches a leg up.

I think there’s a high probability that Bitcoin will catch up again, and Gold has already made a pretty solid parabolic move up in the last weeks.

Local top soon?

If we zoom out, this cycle, Bitcoin has gone up a lot, but with a lot of chop and without the parabolic move. GOLD is still doing its parabolic move.

Could it be that Bitcoin will have a parabolic move again after Gold tops, like in the previous cycle?

Idk fam, we’ve had more upside and are further in the cycle compared to the previous one when Gold topped. Still, could see one last parabolic move.

On lower timeframes, I think it’s likely Bitcoin sees upside again once Gold tops locally.
