Joe Rogan said the quiet part out loud.
A man brought here as a baby. Lived in the US for 20 years. Can’t speak Spanish. No criminal record.
Deported anyway.
That’s not border security.
That’s ripping someone out of the only country they’ve ever known and dropping them somewhere that was never their home.
When Joe Rogan starts saying this, the politics have shifted.
BREAKING: A whistleblower says women at an ICE detention center were forced to wear diapers, denied basic sanitation, and packed onto floors “like goats in a cage.”
People lying in urine and feces.
No menstrual supplies.
Boxes filled with used diapers.
He reported it — and was fired.
This happened in Baltimore.
I hate manipulative people. You can hurt me & the second i want to leave now i'm not real, i was never down, i never loved you, etc. Where was being real, being down, and loving me when you made the choice to hurt me? why is it on me to make it work when you're the one fucking up.
The intention is good, but the science needs correction.
Sugar in blood causing diabetes is not accurate. Diabetes is caused by insulin resistance or insulin deficiency, not sugar itself. Sugar does not sit in the brain as dementia, in the liver as fatty liver, or on the skin as ageing. These conditions are driven by metabolic dysfunction, excess calories, chronic inflammation, genetics, and lifestyle, not by sugar magically going to different organs.
Fruits are healthy, but they also contain sugar (fructose). The difference is that fruits come with fiber, water, vitamins, antioxidants, and low calorie density, which slow absorption and reduce harm. Calling watermelon a “strong erection” food or bananas a “sex drive booster” is mostly exaggeration. Fruits support overall health, but they are not medicines.
The real message should be simple and factual: Whole foods with fiber are better than ultra processed foods with refined sugar. Balance matters, not fear mongering.
no amount of love, patience, understanding, or “seeing the good” in someone will make them change if they don’t want to. staying longer doesn’t prove loyalty... it just teaches people what you’re willing to tolerate. sometimes the lesson isn’t about them at all… it’s about learning when to walk away
Apologizing when someone you care about tells you what you did hurt them.
—No defense - “but that’s not what I meant”
—No gaslighting - “you’re too sensitive, it’s really not that deep”
—No feeling attacked - “You complain a lot, it’s like I can’t do anything right”
—No “I’m sorry if…”
Just a heartfelt genuine apology, it really doesn’t take anything from you
People think grief is crying. But grief is waking up tired. It’s forgetting words. It’s being pulled into memories you didn’t ask to remember. It’s holding back tears in the grocery store because a song or a scent brought them back. Grief isn’t just sadness, it’s the body remembering what the heart can’t let go of.
Did you know that some people fall in love quickly? Yes—and they are called emophiliacs. This is a trait mostly seen in introverts or people who prefer being alone. They are the type of people who, if you give them even just a single glass of water, will already consider it a debt of gratitude. They are easily attracted to kind and caring people, but be careful with them because they give their trust only once—and when you hurt them, you are automatically erased from their mind and heart.
After Marjorie Taylor Greene held a news conference at which she threatened to name abusers in the Epstein files, Trump called her.
Greene was in her Capitol Hill office. Everyone could hear him yelling at her.
According to Greene, Trump replied, "My friends will get hurt." https://t.co/Sjgzwnx8qJ
message for someone
They've been wondering what's up with you. It's been a minute and they can't believe you haven't hit them up yet. They have been having a crazy life full of ups and downs. You were always something stable and certain and now they are looking for that. Those days are over. You aren't moving on, you have moved on. The soft spot is gone.
