@AppleSupport Yes like I said, the toggle switch was there this morning. I was able to turn it on and use it. It’s also not the first time I’ve used it. I turned it off, walked my dog, came home, went to turn it back on and the toggle switch was gone.

@AppleSupport Same article I got after getting off the phone with support. Verizon has no idea why it's happening and told me to contact Apple. It's a toggle switch in the personal hotspot setting that mysteriously disappeared not long after using it this morning.
