𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭 𝐇𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐬, #𝟏𝟓 – A sophomore on the Bulldogs historic 1996 Final Four team, Hughes averaged 18+ minutes per game and was more than just a role player, shooting 50% on the season inside the arc. In the 1996 NCAA tournament, Hughes totaled 15 rebounds, 5 steals, and 3 assists. He finished his Bulldog career in 1998 having started 58 games, and was a career 40% shooter. Whit is another example from that '96 team of players 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢, representing his home state on college basketball's biggest stage. –– 𝘈 𝘩𝘶𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘞𝘩𝘪𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘵, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘍𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘍𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴. 🙏
