Americans - Europe is your spawn location, your origin story. When your politicians discuss its problems they’re doing the world a service.

No one gets the movie Interstellar. It has nothing to do with space or black holes or global warming or time travel.

It's about a man looking back on his life's choices and finding peace with his decions (good and bad) so he can move on with his life.

Unburdened by past guilt he is now free to chart his own course through life for the first time.

You can travel to the end of the universe, literally dive into a black hole... but until and unless you learn to deal with your own decisions you are still not free to act. You're in a prison of your own making.

All the spacetravel/timetravel stuff is just surface level storytelling.

The ability to travel faster than light by warping space time is cracked.

A hyper powerful telescope is sent into empty space thousands of light years away from earth to capture the daylight from the surface of the planet earth that is currently hurtling through space.

We view events and crack mysteries such as the construction of the pyramids, Christ’s resurrection and the workings of illiterate civilisations of South America, anything that happened during daylight hours here on planet earth.

Hypothetically this could even be possible right? No telescope powerful enough could be imagined but I’ve read interesting things about the theories behind FTL travel.
