Budget Car rental is the worst. They just called us 20 mins before we’re supposed to pick up a car to tell us there are no cars in the state of Wisconsin or Illinois. We are Fastbreak members and in their corporate program. Loyalty means nothing to them @Budget #budgetcarrental

@Budget What is going on at PHL? You have tons of buses in the lot, but only two small buses driving around. One passenger said they waited two hours for a bus and we waited almost an hour. We will miss our flights waiting that long.

Horrendous service by @Budget . They charged me 4 times the overall cost of the rental duration and are impossible to reach out to to get my money back. Customer service is busy all the time and no alternative way to resolve this.
