Parcelforce are no help and saying until customs authorise the release for delivery, they can’t help.
They said I’d receive an email by Friday 2nd but still waiting…

@HMRCcustomers anyone able to help with a customs query. A parcel has been in the country nearly a month, requiring information from the addressee (myself) and despite numerous attempts, no communication has come to make me aware of what is needed.
