Love paying $200 extra to sit by my partner… who mind you was booked on the same reservation (no we did not book the new basic fare!!). Then @WestJet says we aren’t even eligible to PAY MORE for seats together on the way back. Canadian airlines are the worst!!

My dishwasher broke, the part is under warranty. I paid the labor charge. An exchange was offered but its not in stock so now an ecoupon for 1/2 the cost of a new one was offered. I honored my part of the contract by paying the labor portion, why isn’t @SamsungUS honoring theirs?
