@TitleTalkTCL @Asmongold @disclosetv It isn't even hard. I'm 5'11' 240lbs and ran 1 mile in 9 minutes at 21 years old. Ran half a mile in 4 minutes. I was in no way in my best shape. A high school kid should be able to do it
