@Harhar1997 @dijoni I think the stats state that African Americans who come from non divorced families actually fair better than white people of the same family background.
@charlesconti_@FluentInFinance This is a great answer. I have thought the same if I won a large chunk of money. It's not uncommon for the lotto to hit 50 million here. If you invested it conservatively, you could pay family and friends annually for the rest of theirs lives.
@WeAreCanProud The question is, can 20% of the population decide the vote for the rest of Canada based on the ridings in the GTA? I haven't done the math but I am hoping not.
@RebelNewsOnline Not that this should be a partisan issue but I wonder how many conservatives will support her, vs how many liberals will throw her under the bus. By throw her under the bus, I mean saying nothing and biting their lips.
@Onfire7@thevivafrei As long as they (the kid) realizes that a biological woman is the only one that can bear a child (as you said regarding having a uterus) then things should be fine provided no other falsehoods surround the issues are not perpetuated.
@OmarAlghabra Take home message....
"The central bank is going to look at this and see 100,000 jobs were created and think to themselves that rates need to be higher," Mendes said.
This actually may contribute to even higher inflation, if the liberals are going to pat themselves in the back
@CylonSaysNo@RiderFan1985@charlesadler These are people that aren't asking for tax breaks for their companies, these people are trying to restructure both the economy and the social workings of our countries.
@CylonSaysNo@RiderFan1985@charlesadler Did Albertans ask for the help of the WEF? (Referring to the news article).
If not, what business do they have influencing our government?
They aren't elected officials.
@CylonSaysNo@RiderFan1985@charlesadler We are not talking influence we are talking blue print.
A system of "aligning with our economic partners", as Freeland puts it.
You think a world economic shift to "stakeholder capitalism" is something we voted for?
This is way beyond influence and lobbying.
@CylonSaysNo@RiderFan1985@charlesadler Believe what you want but from the article...
"The government and the WEF would work together to develop a program on energy and climate change talks for more than 100 national and international industry and government leaders."
So it's a conspiracy that the WEF has influence?
