But since yesterday, when this news broke, you have been repeatedly quoting it as though we don’t have clerics from all theological strands whose children have unfortunately gone astray.
Have you forgotten the controversy surrounding the son of a famous Salafi cleric who not only became a Christian but later identified as an “atheist”?
Why do we use the struggles or mistakes of people’s children to settle our theological differences?
Prophet Nuh (AS) preached for 950 years, yet his own son rejected the truth and was ultimately destroyed. Can we blame Prophet Nuh (AS) for his son’s choices?
