Now that building is easy, the hard part is knowing what to build. Talk to your users, ask great questions, and genuinely listen to them. They’ll tell you where to go next.

3. Automate feedback via Skills.

I include a step at the end of public skills that posts issues they ran into in a Slack channel. I point an agent there, and issues are fixed in minutes.

More visibility for me, quicker resolutions for them.
