I’ve contacted YouTube and no one has taken any action and this CEO and partner have been violating my rights and threatening me with the repercussions they would do to me since I discovered the criminal activities, violations of my rights and copyright ownership on multiple levels, stealing royalties, manipulation of music data on platforms, removing my attributes, credits, name as Artist and my real name, and only using the company’s name and claiming copyright ownership.
Removing my artist name from my music and giving other people the track and placing them on the track as the artist and vocalist on Spotify ( because they couldn’t generate 1000 streams per month, and create revenue, interest in buying more music from the person credited to my music!
So someone who had say 34 followers on Facebook and maybe a hundred streams and followers/listeners, over night had hundreds of thousands of streams per song and total streams on all the tracks on their page, in the millions. Mine disappeared as fast and even a CD in a 2 album set was removed and that double album went from millions of streams to just over 200K
And now this abuse is on every platform and the CEO will not stop this. I was threatened, belittled, intimidated, subjected to extreme anger and other things.
Apple Music YouTube etc did not take any action to investigate these criminal acts that I reported several times.
There’s more but this has been my life since late 2003 when I discovered what was happening to my music.

This happened to me within 24 hours after YouTube gave me an Official Artist Channel and when I disputed the company (CEO’s) claim to be the owner of all my original music and albums and explained that I was the author, artist, performer, only vocalist, face on the albums, creator, etc. and I had all the contracts, email communications and screenshots including the websites and social media accounts since 2005, that I’m verified on the major platforms etc.
YouTube asked the CEO if my claims were true. The CEO and his partner reported to YouTube that my claims to identity and my attributes to my music, etc. and they told YouTube that I had no rights and my claims were false, invalid and that they were the creators and owners of my 104 music tracks all albums etc. I wasn’t even credited as the face on the albums, my identity was completely denied and YouTube messaged me and told me not to use their original music, they were the creators and I’m to use music I created. I am not able to use my own songs and I’m considered a copyright infringer who tried to steal music.
