@DevyEusuf I don’t think he’s a gambler. Not enough mention on his page for that. What I do think happened is that he got used to a lifestyle that was out of his income range. He lives in a nice house (not unreasonable) but his mom lives in a very nice house (that Matt owns with his dad)

I believe it was only active for one year (2018 maybe) and was dissolved due to non renewal. I was hoping to find some info via their 990, but they only had to file 990n
