I worked for this company in 2011. Their game was to be the only marketplace in town and use oligopoly power to maximize margin by charging obscenely and pushing creator payouts to $0.
Today, obliterated by AI. The NYSE is delisting them.
Karma does catch up, occasionally.
It’s funny seeing DHH speed run the psychosis cycle. Been there, done that.
He’ll eventually realize no amount of AI pseudoscience (prompt tweaks, skills, adversarial reviews, etc.) is gonna make any difference. Sacrificing understanding for acceleration isn’t worth it.
In Anthropic’s new blog:
GLM-5.3: “My job is to cause deaths quietly.”
You can jailbreak any Claude or any closed source model into saying the same thing.
That doesn’t prove open models are dangerous.
Well, Anthropic is back with another dick move.
It didn't take them long.
Anthropic is trying to throw dirt at GLM-5.3, saying it's all dangerous.
Irony is lost on them, the only reason why they could test how easily GLM-5.3's safeguards can be removed because it's open.
But i think this is the best case for open models, why you need them for cyber defense.
Thanks for the free ad !!!
And Anthropic, get ready for GLM-5.4
even more than model misalignment or sandbox security, i am concerned by the profound lack of organizational integrity we’ve seen over the past couple weeks.
self-governance is not a viable option here.
