On the morning of Friday 10th October 2025, the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in coordination with the Interim Observer Team (IOT) has conducted the field mission to Chok Chey and Prey Chan villages in O'Bei Chon commune, O'Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province. This visit is conducted in order to observe, verify, and report on the border situation after the Ceasefire came into effect.

In accordance with the plan, the Interim Observer Team (IOT) would conduct frequent visit to the aforementioned villages throughout the whole week in order to monitor the prevailing situation.

Yet, today's incidents in Banteay Meanchey province, where Cambodian villagers, monks, etc, were injured by slingshots and tear gas, show repeated violations that undermine the ceasefire agreement. The latest update that the video already edited, there have been over 20 people injured.
