Congratulations are in order for the inauguration of Terminal 3 at the Juba International Airport. This has been one sign of lack of infrastructural progress in this country. If you have lived in this country since the early days when the semi-autonomous government of Southern Sudan was established, you must have noticed how long it has taken before this terminal was completed. Millions of petrodollars have been poured into this project with no success.
