@Tablesalt13 This thread is so spot-on. In a committed relationship if one party completely cuts off intimacy with no hope at all, and no desire for the partner, it's cruelty and will drive any person to madness.
CEOs are quietly realizing the AI replacement plan has a problem.
Two problems, actually.
One: the token costs for running AI agents are now exceeding what they were paying the employees they fired.
Two: when the tokens run out, the AI stops. Just stops. No continuity. No workaround. Just a spinning wheel where your workforce used to be.
You fired humans to save money and bought a subscription that bills you into a corner.
The employees you let go knew what to do when things broke.
The AI just invoices you for the outage.
And then there’s the permission problem nobody wants to talk about.
To do its job, the AI agent needs access. Full access. Your systems, your patents, your contracts, your future plans. Everything you spent years building, handed over to a process that has no loyalty, no discretion, and no skin in the game.
You didn’t hire a replacement.
You gave a stranger with no soul the keys to everything you own.
Enjoy.
My buddy Joe was 48 years old, 3 weeks shy of his 49th birthday.
He goes into the ER with pancreatitis, known to have a very low mortality rate about 5%.
He requests immediate interventional surgery to collect pancreatic fluid leaking into his body.
Nurse shoots him full of fentanyl to knock him out.
Doctor says he is too weak for surgery (lies).
A day later they operate, cut him from neck to pelvis.
He dies following surgery.
They killed him.
The bastards killed him at 48 years old.
@MNUpNorthLakeG1 I hope so. The bill is far reaching and will cause a lot of problems for a lot of people. Making instant felons of thousands of law abiding Minnesotans. But what do legislators care, they're disconnected from enforcement. They don't have to deal with reality.
we are so cooked 😭
these guys let Claude run wild on Wall St.
Look at this insider trades scanner it built in 4 mins that:
> reads every SEC filing where execs buy their own stock
> flags clusters where multiple execs buy at once
> emails me the top 3 trades every morning before the open
Instead of watching an hour of Netflix, watch this 1 hour Yale lecture. It will teach you more about options trading and the exact models hedge funds use than most people learn in their entire careers on Wall Street.
@EstieMaddie Looking back we would have all as a single unit needed to take a drastic action that would, at the time, have seemed incomprehensibly reckless.
But we kept telling ourselves it would be ok, and life would continue as we knew it.
It's a division tactic. I am convinced most of what the almighty algo lords show us on X is intended to stimulate an emotional or limbic response.
Clicks, engagement, response, profit.
