Duff's Lambda

[file = ifstream(path), line = string{}, state = 0]() mutable -> optional<string>{
switch (state) {
case 0:
while (file.good()) {
getline(file, line);
state = 1;
return std::move(line);
case 1:
puts("resuming");
}
}
return {};
};

Yes, it works.

Hiring people whose views are aligned with yours helps your ego and hurts your effectiveness.

Weak leaders work with people who make them feel good.

Strong leaders work with people who challenge them to do better.

Just discovered a 16-year-old feature in Python: __slots__. It makes class types "stronger" by limiting the set of legal member variables. I'd have used this all over the place if I knew! Fully dynamic objects can lead to some very annoying bugs.

Fastest way to visit n destinations and return to starting point? With asymmetric distances, this problem has been open for 40+ years in Computer Science, even for *approximating* the correct answer within a constant factor. Now that is resolved! https://t.co/BnhXsxWRvn
