I think she unironically likes how it looks lmao.
A lot of people with EDs use extreme anorexic photos as thinspo because their perception is completely different from ours. They genuinely find that skeletal aesthetic appealing and get depressed when they don’t reach that level of emaciation.
It’s basically like extreme plastic surgery addicts. Normal people look at Cardi B or a woman with so much cosmetic work done and think they look very weird or off-putting, but their perception is so warped that they think they look good and often can’t stop trying to reach another goal that will make them look even “better.”
It usually never stops unless someone intervenes or they get help themselves, which is why it’s very unfortunate that her fans are in denial and enabling this to keep going because bringing it up is “mean” or because they think acknowledging it gives her haters ammo. It’s completely about stan twitter optics to them lmao.

I admit it- as a person with and ED (also an arianator) is really REALLY triggering for me that kind of obvious body checking in everywhere and every time, that’s why I think is necessary talk about it; it’s not about criticism, is to take care even if she doesn’t care
Undiagnosed ADHD symptom nobody talks about: The need to have subtitles on even when the audio is crystal clear, because if you don’t see the words, your brain treats dialogue like distant whale songs, beautiful but incomprehensible.
