The native @Twitter app is such unusable garbage that for over a decade I have been paying to use @Tweetbot rather than use Twitter’s free app. It wasn’t “Twitter app or third-party app” for me, it was “third-party app or nothing.”

@thekeyplay They killed anything with over 100k users. Apparently it was a cap in the API for a while but they had grandfathered in the older apps like Tweetbot and Twitterific. Then I guess the manbaby overlord found out about it? I’m still holding out hope for Tweetbot to come back though.
