A weak print signals households are pulling back on spending, a bad sign for the whole economy.

2. Wednesday, FOMC Rate Decision

Markets are pricing roughly a 25% chance of a hike. Any surprise here moves every asset class at once.

3. Wednesday, Microsoft & Meta Earnings

Meta is expected to post EPS near $7.18-7.24 on $60.2B revenue. A miss, or a bigger AI capex number, could hit the entire "Magnificent Seven" the way Alphabet's capex hike already has.

4. Thursday, PCE Inflation

The Fed's preferred gauge. A hot print here raises the odds of a hike even further.

5. Thursday, Apple & Amazon Earnings

Apple's EPS is expected around $1.88, Amazon's around $1.81-1.85. Amazon's AWS growth is the real swing factor for the stock.

6. Thursday, Q2 GDP

Consensus sits near 2.1-2.2%. A weak number alongside hot inflation is the Fed's worst-case combination.

7. Friday, Michigan Consumer Sentiment

Tracks how households expect inflation to move, which feeds directly into the Fed's next decision.

It was such a peaceful movement, feel so sad that it had to take a violent turn. My heart goes out to the students and their families who were hurt. Paper leak is a very serious issue, and I am glad to know n see that the kids of our country have come together for a better educational system, and their parents supported them.

I truly appreciate the stand they have taken, showing dedication, sincerity, and keenness to study hard n make their future and a greater, educated India. This andolan, this protest, is the right way to go abt it, n the students have done this peacefully. So courageous and brave. Driven and motivated towards education, this generation will make India proud.

This issue is between the students and the educational system, it should not be hijacked politically, the credit should only go to the students of our country, and I am sure the government will also give them all the support n make it a stronger educational system. मिस्टर सोनम वांगचुक जिस मुद्दे को लेकर पिछले 19 दिनों से अन्न त्याग कर बैठे हैं, उसका समर्थन है। उनके स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति अच्छी नहीं है। बहुत से आम लोग उन्हें अपना समर्थन दे रहे हैं। कोई भी विवेकशील भारतीय नागरिक चाहेगा कि पेपर लीक रुके, शिक्षा व्यवस्था सुधरे, पेपर लीक जैसे मामलों के लिए शिक्षा मंत्री की जवाबदेही तय हो।

लेकिन इसके इतर उस मंच पर जो कुछ हो रहा है, उसका समर्थन भी कोई विवेकशील भारतीय नहीं करेगा।

जिस मंच पर वह अन्न त्याग करके बैठे हैं, उसी मंच से पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने घोषणा कर दी कि धर्मेंद्र प्रधान की जगह सोनम वांगचुक को शिक्षा मंत्री बनाया जाए।

मतलब, क्या सोनम वांगचुक इसलिए भूख हड़ताल पर बैठे हैं कि उन्हें शिक्षा मंत्री बनाया जाए?

यह अपने आप में उनके आंदोलन और उसके उद्देश्य को छोटा करने जैसा है।

सोनम वांगचुक के बहुत से शुभचिंतक, आम लोग और राजनीति के मंझे हुए लोग भी कह रहे हैं कि उन्हें अपने स्वास्थ्य और अन्य परिस्थितियां को देखते हुए भूख हड़ताल समाप्त कर देनी चाहिए। सोनम वांगचुक को उन सभी की बात सुननी चाहिए।
