AfD-Gutachten: Wer prüft eigentlich die Prüfer?

Das neue, rund 1.500 Seiten starke AfD-Gutachten stammt nicht von einem Gericht, einer Behörde oder einem parlamentarischen Wissenschaftlichen Dienst.

Erstellt wurde es von einem achtköpfigen Team der Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte e. V. (GFF) – einer politisch operierenden NGO, die das Ergebnis nun ausdrücklich als Grundlage für ein AfD-Verbotsverfahren vermarktet.

Zur Finanzierung erklärt die GFF: ermöglicht durch rund 20.000 Einzelspender. Campact bestätigt zugleich, dass auch die Demokratie-Stiftung Campact „bei der Finanzierung geholfen“ habe. Eine projektgenaue Aufschlüsselung – welcher institutionelle Akteur wie viel zahlte – ist bislang nicht veröffentlicht.

Und dann wird es interessant:

Die GFF führt die Open Society Foundations ausdrücklich als institutionelle Geldgeberin auf – für eine Verfassungsbeschwerde und „allgemeine Förderung“.

Zusätzlich nennt sie das Foundation Open Society Institute, die Open Society Initiative for Europe und die Open Society Foundations für Arbeiten zu zivilgesellschaftlichen Handlungsspielräumen und Whistleblowing.

Open Society ist keine nebulöse Verschwörungsformel, sondern das von George Soros aufgebaute internationale Stiftungsnetzwerk.

Soros hat nach eigenen Angaben der Organisation mehr als 32 Milliarden Dollar dafür bereitgestellt; Vorsitzender ist heute sein Sohn Alex Soros.

Journalistisch sauber muss man unterscheiden: Bislang ist nicht belegt, dass Open Society unmittelbar das konkrete AfD-Gutachten bezahlt hat. Belegt ist aber, dass die herausgebende Organisation institutionell und allgemein aus dem Soros-Stiftungsnetzwerk gefördert wurde. Gerade deshalb wäre eine vollständige, projektbezogene Finanzierungsaufstellung zwingend.

Denn hier arbeitet ein geschlossenes Advocacy-Ökosystem:

GFF erstellt das Gutachten.
Campact hilft bei der Finanzierung und fordert anschließend den „Startschuss“ für das Verbotsverfahren.

Der RAV, bereits Unterstützer der Gutachtenkampagne, organisiert danach den offenen Brief von inzwischen mehr als 1.000 Juristen und beruft sich auf das GFF-Gutachten.

Das beweist nicht, dass das Gutachten juristisch falsch ist. Es widerlegt aber die Inszenierung einer politisch und institutionell voraussetzungslosen Expertise.

Wer mit einem privat finanzierten NGO-Gutachten das schärfste Instrument des Parteienrechts legitimieren will, muss Autoren, Geldflüsse, Unterstützer und personelle Netzwerke maximal transparent machen.

Ich prüfe deshalb jetzt sämtliche Unterzeichner:

RAV, GFF, VDJ, ECCHR, Amnesty, Refugee Law Clinics, „Kritische Jurist*innen“, Parteien, Ministerien, Hochschulen, staatliche Prüfungsausschüsse, Stiftungsförderungen sowie Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes und DAAD.

Nicht, um anwaltliches Engagement zu skandalisieren – sondern um sichtbar zu machen, ob hier tatsächlich mehr als 1.000 unabhängige Einzelstimmen sprechen oder ein seit Jahren personell und finanziell verflochtenes juristisch-politisches Milieu mobilisiert wurde.

Unser deutsches Vaterland🇩🇪 befindet sich heute in dieser fast auswegslos beschissenen Situation, in der es sich eben befindet, weil es der politischen Linken – die als staatlich alimentierte "Priesterkaste" agiert – gelungen ist, eine Fülle von "Regeln" aufzustellen (die sie übrigens auch laufend ändert und selbst oft nicht beachtet!), die auch ihre politischen Gegner als "verbindlich" erleben und die es der Linken ermöglichen, jeden rationalen Sachdiskurs sofort abzubrechen oder in ihrem Sinne "umzusteuern". Letztlich hat das Helmut Schelsky bereits 1975 gut analysiert.
In der Folge verhalten sich auch Akteure, die sich selbst als als liberal oder konservativ einschätzen, oft ähnlich steuerbar wie früher nur die moskauhörigen Kommunisten – mit dem Unterschied allerdings, daß sie es selber nicht bemerken, daß sie von links gesteuert werden.
Sie glauben, lieber @ronzheimer, die totale Ablehnung z.B. von Martin Sellner sei ein Gebot der prowestlich-liberalen Wohlanständigkeit. Some studies have suggested that Apidima 1 may be more than 200,000 years old and possesses anatomical features that differ from classic Neanderthals. Researchers have proposed that it could represent an early population of Homo sapiens or another human lineage that lived in southeastern Europe long before modern humans became widespread across the continent. However, the fossil is incomplete, and scientists continue to debate its exact classification.

Claims that the skull belongs to a completely separate human species remain unconfirmed. Instead, the fossil highlights how complex human evolution was during the Middle Pleistocene. Europe, Africa, and Asia were home to multiple human populations that sometimes overlapped in time and may have interacted with one another in ways that are only now becoming clear through fossil discoveries and genetic research.

The Apidima fossils remind us that human evolution was not a simple straight line. It was a branching process involving many populations spread across vast regions of the ancient world.

Several human species coexisted at different points in prehistory, meaning that ancient landscapes may have been inhabited by multiple kinds of humans living at the same time.

A mysterious 300,000-year-old skull discovered over 60 years ago may have been finally identified. Originally found attached to a wall in Petralona Cave in northern Greece in 1960, the Petralona skull has baffled scientists for long who could not identify its origins. Now, after using a precision technique called uranium-thorium dating, scientists claim that the skull might belong to a primitive, extinct hominid that lived alongside the Neanderthals.

Once thought to be between 170,000 and 700,000 years old, the uranium-series analysis of the calcite coating on the skull found it to be at least 286,000 years old. The findings align with previous research suggesting that the individual may have lived in Europe alongside Neanderthals, but was part of the Homo heidelbergensis group, which is distinct from both Homo sapiens and Neanderthals.

This group lived between 300,000 and 600,000 years ago, evolving in Africa, with some populations migrating to Europe 500,000 years ago.

"From a morphological point of view the Petralona hominin forms part of a distinct and more primitive group than Homo sapiens and Neanderthals, and the new age estimate provides further support for the coexistence of this population alongside the evolving Neanderthal lineage in the later Middle Pleistocene of Europe," the study published in Journal of Human Evolution highlighted.

According to a report in New York Post, the European population of Homo heidelbergensis evolved into Neanderthals, while the African populace may have been the predecessors of modern humans. The Petralona Cave, where the skull was found, is located in Chalkidiki, about 50 km from the city of Thessaloniki, Greece. The cave was developed in the Upper Jurassic limestone of Mount Katsika where an important horizontal karstic network runs for several hundred meters.

The difference between other sites and Petralona is that the skull had been fused to the wall by a gradual accretion of calcite – a stalagmite protruding, unicorn-like, from its forehead. After analysing the fossil's size and robustness, scientists believe that the individual was male, hence the moniker "Petralona man".

The Greek cranium also bears striking similarities to a skull found in a cave in Kabwe, Zambia. The Kabwe skull has been dated to around 300,000 years ago, and is now generally classified as Homo heidelbergensis.

According to one Reddit post; ancient Sumerian tablets at just under 6,000 years old are the oldest known writings found so far in human history. One of the specimens, known as Apidima 2, shows characteristics associated with Neanderthals and dates to roughly 170,000 years ago. Another specimen, Apidima 1, is considerably older and has generated significant debate among scientists.

Sure. Let’s start the clock in 711 and see who owes who:

In 711, a Berber commander named Tariq ibn Ziyad crossed from North Africa and landed in Spain. His launch point was Ceuta.

Within seven years almost the entire Iberian Peninsula was under Arab occupation, governed from Damascus. By 732 the Arab raiders were even at Tours, deep inside France.

Taking it back took 781 years: Covadonga 722. Toledo 1085. Lisbon 1147. Las Navas de Tolosa 1212. Córdoba 1236. Valencia 1238. Seville 1248.

Portugal finished in 1249 when Faro fell. The Portuguese-Spanish border has barely moved since and is one of the oldest continuous borders in Europe.

Castile and Aragon needed another 243 years. What was left was Granada, which survived from 1238 mostly by paying tribute to Castile and waiting out Christian civil wars.

Here is the part none of those “Ceuta is a Spanish colony” shills talk about:

In 1415 King João I of Portugal sailed across the strait and took Ceuta from the Marinids in a single day. One of his sons was Henry the Navigator. The Age of Discovery starts there. So Portugal was conquering African soil while European soil, less than 300 km to the northeast, was still under Muslim rule.

Boabdil, the last Nasrid Sultan of Granada, handed the keys to the Alhambra to Ferdinand II of Aragon and Isabella I of Castile on 2 January 1492, marking the end of nearly eight centuries of Muslim rule in Iberia. Later that same year, the Catholic Monarchs issued the Alhambra Decree, ordering the expulsion of Jews who refused to convert to Christianity. Coincidently, 1492 also marked the beginning of Spain’s rise as a global power, ushering in the Spanish Golden Age.

For context and scale: the First Crusade began in 1096. That is 385 years after Spain was invaded. Anyone who starts this story with the Crusades is starting in the middle.

Also, Spain never conquered Ceuta. In 1580 the Portuguese royal line died out and Philip II inherited the throne. When Portugal broke away again in 1640, Ceuta chose Madrid. Portugal formally ceded it in the Treaty of Lisbon in 1668.

TL;DR:

– Ceuta has been in Iberian hands since 1415. 611 years, uninterrupted.
– Spanish since 1640, by treaty since 1668. 386 and 358 years.
– Morocco independent in its current form since 1956. 70 years.

Ceuta was Roman, then Byzantine, then fought over by Visigoths, then taken by Arab armies around 710. It has never been part of an independent Morocco.

NOT ONE SINGLE DAY.

Before anyone calls Ceuta a colony, explain what was founded in Andalusia in 711. Go ahead. I’m waiting.
