I hate to tell you this, but the distinction between the kingdom of Judah and the kingdom of Israel is no longer relevant and hasn’t been since the return from exile. All the tribes are Jews.

We know that a small percentage would have gone to Judah
But to say that hundreds of thousands migrated to Judah is not biblical
Heck even 200,000 of Judah was transferred with the northern kingdom
