فردا در مجلس فدرال آلمان با مقامات منتخب از احزاب مختلف سیاسی این کشور دیدار خواهم کرد. همچنین، گفت‌وگوهایی با رسانه‌ها و دیدارهایی با ایرانیان مقیم آلمان خواهم داشت.

۱۰۰ روز پیش، در ۱۸ و ۱۹ دی ماه، میلیون‌ها ایرانی با آگاهی نسبت به این‌که چه بهایی ممکن است بپردازند، به خیابان‌ها آمدند. بیش از ۴۰ هزار قهرمان، این بها را برای سربلندی، آزادی و رهایی ایران با فدا کردن جان خود پرداختند.

زنان جوان روسری‌های خود را در مقابل سرکوبگران مسلح از سر برداشتند. دانشجویان با سازماندهی اعتراضات، در مقابل نیروهای لباس شخصی در دانشگاه‌ها ایستادگی کردند. معلمان، وکلا و کارگران محل کار خود را ترک کردند. مغازه‌داران به نشانه همبستگی مغازه‌های خود را بستند. میلیون‌ها تن از مردم ایران، شهر به شهر، جلوه‌ای حماسی از همبستگی ملی به نمایش گذاشتند و جهان را مبهوت خود کردند.

رژیم با شلیک گلوله، بازداشت‌های گسترده، و دادگاه‌های نمایشی و اعدام پ��سخ داد. ایرانیان در رویارویی با یک شر غیرانسانی، شجاعتی مافوق بشری از خود نشان دادند. بیش از ۴۰ هزار تن جان خود را فدا کردند.

هموطنان من به راه خود ادامه دادند و شجاعت آنها در تاریخ ماندگار خواهد بود. این نبرد نهایی است و ملت بزرگ ایران برای غلبه بر جمهوری اسلامی آماده می‌شوند. در این نبرد برای بازپس‌گیری کشورمان و آزادی ملتمان، از مبارزه دست نخواهم کشید.

امیدوارم جهان در کنار ما باشد؛ اما چه باشد و چه نباشد، مبارزه ما ادامه خواهد یافت و ما ایران را آزاد خواهیم کرد.

Preserving Iran’s infrastructure—such as power plants—does not matter to the commanders of the IRGC. For them, preventing the bombing of Khomeini’s tomb matters more than protecting power stations or refineries. Use force to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and dismantle the Islamic Republic.
The people of Iran support strikes against the IRGC’s military and repressive capabilities and the removal of its corrupt and criminal officials and commanders. They would be grateful for your help in bringing down the Islamic Republic. However, attacks on power plants will only increase the suffering of ordinary people, especially when they already lack access to the internet. The regime does not care about the destruction of economic infrastructure—because neither Iran, nor its people, nor its infrastructure matter to them. They only care about staying in power. That’s all.

The people of Iran stand with the United States and Israel. Attacking power plants could reduce that support. Focus on dismantling their military strength and tools of repression instead.

Iran’s civilian infrastructure belongs to the Iranian people and to the future of a free Iran. The Islamic Republic’s infrastructure is the machinery of repression and terror used to keep that future from becoming reality.

Iran must be protected. The regime must be dismantled.

I ask President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu to continue targeting the regime and its apparatus of repression, while sparing the civilian infrastructure Iranians will need to rebuild our country.

With the support of the US and Israel, and above all the sacrifice of Iranian patriots, the hour of Iran’s freedom is at hand.

To you who, over the past five decades, have been victims of injustice, torture, and repression by the Islamic Republic;

To the grieving, justice-seeking mothers and fathers, daughters and sons, sisters and brothers, whose number this tyrannical regime has increased every year, every month, and every day;

Today, with pride, and in pursuit of justice for each and every one of you, I have established the Committee for Drafting for Transitional Justice Regulations.

This committee will be tasked with drafting the regulations for a truth-finding commission and court.

The members of this committee are experienced Iranian experts spanning four different generations:

Dr. Shirin Ebadi
Mr. Iraj Mesdaghi
Dr. Leyla Bahmany
and Dr. Afshin Elian.

Dr. Ebadi has accepted the chairmanship of this committee.

Additionally, a number of the most distinguished international legal scholars will assist this committee in an advisory capacity.

Transitional justice is a critical part of our program for free Iran.

The truth will be revealed.

Justice will be served.

Light will triumph over darkness.

این کمیته مامور تدوین مقررات یک دادگاه و یک ��میسیون حقیقت‌یاب خواهد بود.

اعضای این کمیته، ایرانیانی متخصص و باتجربه از چهار نسل متفاوت هستند:

و دکتر افشین الیان.

ریاست این کمیته را خانم عبادی پذیرفته‌اند.

همچنین شماری از برجسته‌ترین حقوق‌دانان بین‌المللی به عنوان مشاور این کمیته را یاری خواهند داد.

عدالت انتقالی بخش مهمی از برنامه‌ی گذار قانون‌مند ماست.

حقیقت روشن خواهد شد.
عدالت اجرا خواهد شد.
