My BLR–NDC @OfficialStarAir flight was cancelled for "operational reasons". No alternate given & refund for return leg denied.

As per DGCA rules, if onward is cancelled, full round-trip refund must be given. Requesting intervention 🙏

@AirIndiaX Our flight from Lucknow to Bangalore got cancelled, that was booked for the Sunday. After rescheduling, the reschedule flight got cancelled. I am stuck IVR for last 45 mins. Please assist.

@AirIndiaX The solution you are providing is not ok for me. Do you have any direct flight from Lucknow to Bangalore. I guess no. You are scheduling Sunday flight to Thursday. Now all the direct flights are 15k-16k. Who will pay for it? @IndiGo6E is the only option.

@AirIndiaX We booked the flight for Sunday 26 may, it got rescheduled to Monday, then to Wednesday. Now it is rescheduled to LKO to Hyderabad to Kochi To Bangalore. Is it a kind of joke to you? Traveller is a 60 year old lady travelling alone. PNR: ZZUPFI. @AirIndiaX
