often the term "bubble" gets blended into an emerging tech (ai) through various mechanisms.

1. typical ai trade in the stock market that drives insane, unsustainable valuations that eventually come down.

2. tech bros inability to turn a promising tech into useful consumer product to shift the consensus.

3. non-tech bros inability to spot the potential the tech has until a genius jobs-like guy helps shift the lens they look from.

4. then there's the larpers on each side to fuel the tension until it resolves.

pretty interesting dynamic between early adopters and late adapters.
