@urlocalfratboi @catlannn Thanks! I have a good support network and don’t often struggle with cravings, I just need some extra help with staying sober long term and not getting bored haha :)

@urlocalfratboi @catlannn Exactly, but is really disheartening because I’ve been waiting on a referral I made for counselling and SMART recovery for over a month now and haven’t heard anything back. I’ve managed to stay sober this entire time but I know others aren’t as lucky :(

@urlocalfratboi @catlannn Literally like everyone tells me that AA “isn’t really Christian when they say god it just means your higher power” that might work for someone who doesn’t have religious trauma from foster care but having religion shoved down my throat makes me panic

I can’t tell if I’m being lulled into a false sense of “I’m better” by eating better, sleeping better and making time for myself, or I just haven’t hit a depressive episode yet, either way I ran out of my anti depressants and haven’t gotten more.

@bedsideflowers But you ARE smart! You’re not pretending! You have a very full life with a young child and a husband and hobbies and going to school etc. Anyone would get overwhelmed at times with all that on their plate! You’re doing great!
