@jr695111 @cryingmsfan @zachleft I’m guessing trading Williamson means we are high on Colt being ready for the opening day roster. Donovan will play both second and third as needed to give those guys off days etc but seems like both Colt and Cole will be part of the day one plan

@Doopdop7 @DakarAdana @andrewdefrank Heading in the right direction, housing is still expensive but the light rail makes it easier for people to move out of city to cheaper housing and still keep city jobs. Anecdotally I am seeing a decent amount of building, but prices seem to still be very high.
