The #Cowboys are concerned that 3rd-round rookie LB DeMarvion Overshown suffered a season-ending ACL injury during their preseason game against Seattle, per @GehlkenNFL. He’s undergoing an MRI to confirm the severity, but a potentially tough blow for a rookie who was having a solid training camp.

Eat donuts & pancakes and no one bats an eye.
Eat a mango and everyone starts crying about how much sugar they have.
I see a lot of fear mongering about fruit on the internet and I want to set the record straight.
When we eat foods that naturally contain sugar there are several steps the body has to take to digest and extract it.
These steps allow their nutrients to be absorbed later in the digestive tract causing a stabilized increase of sugar in the bloodstream.
When you eat foods that contain refined sugars (ie. cupcakes) there is little mechanical digestion that occurs to separate the sugar from the rest of the ingredients.
This sugar passes through our stomach faster & causes a bigger spike in blood sugar.
There is a massive difference in the sugar you get from fruit and processed foods.
I have yet to see one person get fat from eating too much fruit.
Don't be afraid of eating fruit. Eat them in moderation and you should be good to go.
Now if you excuse me I'm going to go enjoy this delicious mango.
Micah Parsons: “I don’t think I just want to make the Hall of Fame, I want to be known as one of the greatest Hall of Famers. There’s categories to everything. There’s good, there’s great, and there’s perfect. … I don’t want to just be mentioned in the Hall of Fame. Yeah, that’s a great accolade, but I want to be one of the greatest in the Hall of Fame.”
