4) don’t take things so personal. Everything isn’t always about you nor is it ever as deep as you’re imagining in ya head. Everyone is fighting a silent battle. Folks don’t always have the emotional capacity to show up for others. Learn to see things that way and be ok with it.
3) alignment is better than chasing. This goes for my personal and professional life. Don’t chase. Things will align as they were meant to. Sometimes lack of support is just spiritual intervention. Some folks aren’t meant to be connected to this part of your journey.
2) You can’t control who shows up for you. You can only control what you choose to focus on. I choose to focus on the people who showed up for me. They deserve my appreciation and I deserve to bask in the love being shown to me.
