@chitoforatx I agree - but the naysayers will reply "parking" and "we like it the way it used to be"....also, as a business model, it is tougher to scale - look at PSW/Storybuilt. They had some of the coolest infill redevelopments around....failed.

@data_atx ngl, when I lived on Barton Springs and First and rowed in the mornings, I recall 3 times where I had to swerve around a shadowy figure on the bridge or Cesar Chavez. Unsure if they saw me or not.
