कम से कम तीन प्रकरण मय वीडियो फुटेज के रेलवे के ऐसे दिख चुके हैं जिसमें खाने पीने की चीजों की शिकायत करने पर रेल यात्री को ट्रेन के पैंट्री स्टाफ द्वारा पीटा गया।
ये तीन प्रकरणों के तो वीडियो बन गये और सोशल मीडिया पर भी आ गया, पर न जाने कितने प्रकरण ऐसे और निश्चित तौर पर होंगें जिनमें रेल यात्री चुपचाप पिट के अपने गंतव्य स्थल को चला गया होगा और किसी को बताया न होगा।
रील मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव एकदम से रेलवे की व्यवस्था सुधार देंगे, ऐसा मुझे नहीं लगता था क्योंकि उनके ऊपर एक और महत्वपूर्ण मंत्रालय का भी कार्यभार है और शायद रील बनाने में भी अच्छा खासा साधन श्रम और समय खर्च होता होगा।
परन्तु फिर भी इन तीन प्रकरणों में क्या कार्यवाही हुई, हुई भी या नहीं , होगी भी या नहीं, इसके बारे में आम जनता को अगर जानकारी कोई रेलवे अफसर बता देता तो शायद अच्छा महसूस होता।
बाकी आम रेल यात्री की किस्मत में तो पिटना लिखा ही है।
