Bullying someone to suicide should legally count as murder

A man in his 40s bullied a female employee in her 20s, driving her to suicide. The perpetrator’s side is now claiming, “It was just a common prank.”

-A man in his 40s who worked at a semiconductor parts company allegedly told 26-year-old new employee Bang Yoorim, “Why do you have an Adam’s apple? Are you a man?” while grabbing her throat and neck.
-He allegedly said, “Can I lift you with one hand?” and lifted her up by the throat.
-He kicked Yoorim in the buttocks, and even when she said, “It hurts,” he mocked her, saying, “Don’t overreact.”
-He also struck the back of her knee with his front knee. In addition, he repeatedly harassed her with sexual comments and insults.
-Yoorim reported him to the labor office for workplace harassment, but the labor office accepted only 4 of the 10 allegations. The perpetrator and the victim were not separated.
-Yoorim filed a lawsuit against him, but the police decided not to send the case to prosecutors, saying, “The perpetrator denies it, and there is no evidence.”
-Yoorim was found dead by suicide two months after filing the complaint.
-Her family challenged the police’s decision, and prosecutors later found evidence and brought him to trial.
-He claimed that the sexual harassment was just a joke to help her relax, and that hitting her knee was also a common prank.
-The prosecution has requested a 3-year prison sentence. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 7.

He only got an year sentence and 2 years of probation which means he wasn't put into jail.

A 11 year old got touched by a 22yo tutor in Korea.
The pedophile said 'You're not ripe enough so you won't taste good', rubbing his penis against her privacy.
The he said 'Im tryna kill you' when the victim asked why he is turning off the home camera which her single mother put it for safety purposes.

She said no, and everything was recorded on home camera.

Despite these, all that pedophile got was
an year sentence and 2 years of probation.
He isn't even in jail right now.
His girlfriend, knowing everything, bought him a fancy meal at fine dining restaurant, celebrating his probation.

We would like to provide an update on BTS member RM’s participation in “BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG,” scheduled for March 21.

During a performance rehearsal on March 19, RM suffered an ankle injury and was taken to a hospital to undergo a detailed examination and treatment. A medical diagnosis confirmed a sprain of the accessory navicular, a partial ligament tear, and a talus contusion (which includes ligament damage and inflammation). As advised by medical professionals, he must wear a cast and strictly limit movement for a minimum of two weeks to concentrate solely on his recovery.

While RM expressed a firm commitment to deliver a high-quality performance at this symbolic comeback stage at Gwanghwamun, the company, in close consultation with the artist, has made the decision to prioritize the medical opinion to preemptively prevent any further strain on his injury. 

Accordingly, RM’s on-stage performance, including choreography, will be partially limited.

We ask for your kind understanding regarding this matter. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment this may cause, given the high anticipation surrounding this performance.

Although RM’s on-stage performance will inevitably be limited, he will do his best to participate on stage and engage with ARMY and the audience. We know you have waited a long time for this performance, and we will put our utmost effort into delivering a heartfelt show.

We prioritize our artists’ health and safety above all else, and are committed to providing RM with all the necessary support for his complete recovery and return to full health.

The BTS members are preparing diligently for this performance. We ask for your continued encouragement and support.
