Jadi bila sistem BUDI95 tiba-tiba papar 150L, soalan rakyat bukan sekadar “ralat teknikal”.
Soalannya:
dari mana datang config 150L itu?
Adakah pernah ada keputusan nak turunkan had?
Adakah fallback ke 200L tak masuk release?
Atau config lama terlepas masa maintenance?
MOF kata had kekal 200L.
Baik.
Tapi dalam sistem subsidi bersasar, angka had itu bukan kosmetik.
Itu policy control.
Kalau policy control pun boleh tersilap keluar di production, rakyat bukan panik tanpa sebab.
Mereka cuma tahu satu benda:
petrol harian mereka sedang dikawal oleh sistem yang mesti betul setiap masa.

Contohnya, kalau enjin tu minimum RON95, kau isi RON rendah dari tu, lama lama enjin start pinging, jahanam la.
Sama dengan diesel, standard across the world, enjin diesel boleh guna B7.
Atas dari tu, kena tuning lain, injector lain, filter lain.

Boleh nak tukar kualiti bahan api tapi bagi la time line yang sepatutnya. Contoh, lagi 10 tahun, kita akan tukar.
Ni sampaikan syarikat kereta pun tak tau, tetiba kita nak tukar.
