If you have all the technical skills & experience but still struggle with job or career advancement. It is time to take a look at your effective communication skills & ability to work with others.

The way you do your work also matters. You can't just say you are done with a task but realize you missed a key requirement or acceptance criteria. That's also about paying attention to details and applying some structure.

Those are focused more on domains you need to know as an entry-level Project Manager. PMP will come later, not to worry.

For an aspiring PM or a newly transitioned PM, it's more important to get hands-on experience. Try internships, volunteer, or take on small projects.
