Who decides what is 'acceptable'?

How do we treat unpaid workers as professionals when they don't even get leaves/benefits they can use for personal matter?

Kahit namatayan ka pa, if it’s not your immediate family, it’s still unexcused. And your immediate family does not include your lolo/lola. So nung namatay yung lolo ko, yung exam parin yung iniisip ko kasi if di ko itake, i zezero nila ako.

Frankly, it’s as heavily disappointing that for a school claiming to have a solid foundation on public health, ASMPH is holding these absences over the concert-goers' heads essentially blaming these students for the heavy workload of their peers.
