I interviewed Palestinian researcher Hala Hanina last year who introduced me to the term reprocide. Israel’s sexual torture is intended to destroy reproductive capacity and the ability for intimacy. Its deliberate nature makes it diabolical
⚡️BREAKING:
The New York Times obtained autopsy reports for 14 of the 15 people killed in the March 23 Israeli attack on an ambulance and fire truck in Gaza.
The reports show that most victims—paramedics and rescue workers—were killed by gunshots to the head, chest, or back. Four were shot directly in the head [executed]. Others had shrapnel wounds. Despite wearing medical uniforms and traveling in marked vehicles with sirens, they were shot multiple times at close range.
Israel initially lied about the crime committed then later took responsibility once the lies were exposed. The 15 victims included 14 rescue workers and a UN employee. Israeli soldiers buried the bodies in a mass grave and crushed and buried the ambulances, fire truck, and UN vehicle.
Does anyone still have doubts that Palestinians are being tortured and raped? This is how Israel treats international protestors in public. What they do to Palestinians in private is a million times worse.
They wiped out medical workers in Gaza. Now they're wiping out medical workers in Lebanon. And much of the Western media doesn't appear to consider it worthy of headline news.
A mother looking at her entire family, all of whom were martyred.
All I want is for you to understand the depth of what she was feeling in that moment, as she sat there silently, staring at them wrapped in shrouds before her.
I don’t know if anyone will care about what I am saying, but the outside world must know exactly what is happening here… not later, but now.
What we are experiencing in Gaza has gone beyond the limits of human endurance. The camps have turned into a terrifying hotspot for the spread of diseases. With the beginning of summer and thousands of families crowded into extremely tight spaces next to garbage dumps, illness is spreading rapidly, as if it has become part of daily life. There is also an incomprehensible media silence regarding the scale of this growing health catastrophe, despite repeated warnings from medical teams and field workers.
Skin diseases, infections, and contagious illnesses are spreading widely, especially among children, in an environment that lacks the most basic conditions of hygiene or treatment. Rats are everywhere between the tents, insects are spreading heavily and causing continuous injuries, and there are no means of control such as poisons or pesticides. My nieces are part of this reality… their bodies are covered in painful bites that worsen every day without effective treatment.
The situation is collapsing with no real solutions. Medicines are scarce, disinfectants are almost nonexistent, and unsafe water is contributing directly to the spread of disease, while the healthcare system is beyond its capacity.
As of now, cases are estimated at around 160,000 people and still increasing, most of them children. This is not an exaggeration… it is a complete health collapse inside the camps.
But if she'd travelled to Gaza, popped on an IDF uniform, shot a few kids, then returned to England, she wouldn't have any of these conditions, and she'd still get to play the victim card whenever anyone said anything about it.
Amal Khalil was alive for hours. She phoned her family and the Lebanese military for help. People followed in horror as her colleagues updated the world on what was happening. And yet Israel blocked the Red Cross from reaching her for seven hours. That is stone cold murder.
In just one month, these Lebanese journalists were killed by Israeli strikes while doing their jobs. Their voices were silenced, but their work remains. 🕯️
no recourse, no accountability ... the occupier violates the sanctity of your home, murders your wife & will go on to do more ... & the world will still field its ambassadors, smile, do business deals & speak of their "right to exist" & their need for "security"
The horrors happening in Iran and Lebanon are happening because of what the world is allowing to happen in Gaza and the West Bank. The Zionists are emboldened by silence. Silence is tacit approval.
SILENCE IS COMPLICITY.
We haven't been able to bring any supplies into Gaza, Palestine, since 1 January 2026, because Israeli authorities are blocking aid.
Read from our medical adviser in Gaza about how this is affecting operations in our hospitals and clinics:

Our medics were not missing… they were buried.
Buried beneath a silence heavier than words, and beneath pain beyond endurance.
The survivor, Asaad Al-Nassasra, speaks—his voice bearing witness to loss;
to companions who left with him on a humanitarian mission, but he returned alone… leaving them under the soil without a farewell.
And on March 30, 2025, the truth emerged as it is:
bodies concealed, souls departed, and a wound that will never close.
They were deliberately killed by Israeli occupation forces.
This is not a story of survival…
but a testimony to a tragedy that will remain.
One year ago, the IDF gunned down 15 emergency workers and buried them in a mass grave.
Then they lied about it.
When caught in their lie, they lied again.
When caught in that lie, they lied again.
When caught in that lie, they lied again.
Then the media lost interest.
I know the Nazi card is overused and almost never applies, but what the Israeli Knesset has overwhelmingly voted for today, a law to mass murder Palestinian detainees- prisoners who, inconveniently, cannot just be bombed in Gaza or shot in the streets- a law introduced by a genocidal minister with an international arrest warrant, is the most dystopian and evil shit perhaps any country has done since Nazi Germany.
The bill has been approved. Israeli prisons will turn into guillotines for Palestinians.
Hundreds will be executed in the next few weeks. 9300 hostages now in Israeli custody.
Dark day for humanity. Unforgettable memory in the Palestinian cause history.
A child who saw his parents murdered in front of him by violent settlers and grows up to join the resistance against them gets called a terrorist.
The ones who travel across the world doing the killing are eulogized
