@hsamueljeweller really upset and disappointed with the customer care I’ve received in Sutton. Purchased £400+ bracelet after 2 weeks, the clasp breaks. It gets fixed. 2 weeks after that the chain snaps. I get told I’ve ripped it apart is disgusting.
