President William Ruto has officially signed the Sovereign Wealth Fund Act into law.
Under the law, 30% of Kenya's mineral and petroleum revenues will be set aside for the Future Generations Fund, one of the three funds under the Sovereign Wealth Fund.
KSH 1 Billion:
• Will build 13 of these secondary schools, fully equipped.
Kenya is losing 3 billion daily (36 schools) to corruption, lies and deception.
Jameson stole 600 billion.
Most people are so broke that they don't know how much KSH 1 BILLION is.
Do you people know what KSH 1 BILLION is?
With 1 BILLION:
You spend 100,000 DAILY for 27 YEARS and FIVE MONTHS.
Why, then, do you accept it as normal when politicians steal 600 billion?
I have some advice for young men newly employed,
When you get employed:
• Be grateful to God, your parents, your mentors and your boss for this opportunity
• Work hard
• Respect your employer
• Adhere to your employer's rules and protocols
• Embrace the mission and vision of the employer
However, if working for your employer becomes unbearable due to other reasons,
• Quit respectfully
• Follow the procedures of quitting as written in your contract or employment letter
• Return your employer's resources in your custody
• Handover politely and thank your employer for giving you an opportunity
• Leave with a clean conscience
Don't be chaotic, abusive and contemptuous on your way out.
Don't think you are smarter than your employer.
The employer you are disrespecting gave you a livelihood when you were seeking a footing and direction.
The employer may not have paid you to your satisfaction, but be polite.
Don't go bad mouthing your employer, speaking nastily, and broadcasting your foul mouth while disclosing what is considered private policies, programs, products or services of your former workplace.
Leave courteously.
This way, you open room for better opportunities, newer networks and better leverage.
Don't be a rude employee. Other employers will fear giving you opportunities in the future because they don't trust you.
Be courteous when you close the door behind you, the universe will be kind to you on your way out.
"Kwani Mutai akona pesa ngapi? Anaweza shida Mburu bwana ya Susan kihika Ile pesa akonayo? Anaweza shida mimi pesa?" — Kasongo's PA Oscar Sudi breathing fire after today's kuresoi fracas.
More than 40 years ago, I arrived in Chicago in search of an idea. I was a young man looking for purpose, who believed deeply in America, was inspired by the Civil Rights Movement, and wanted to be a part of something larger. The America I believed in was one where everyone has opportunity, everyone is seen, everyone belongs—because that was an America that had a place for me, too.
I think I’ve been open about my friendship with @HonAllanChesang for quite some time now. We’ve been friends even before he became Senator. I posted this video on my TikTok account two months ago, that’s how open I am about it. We always hang out & exchange ideas on matters concerning Trans Nzoia & ICT in general. We differ sometimes politically & despite me working with Governor Natembeya for some time, we still remained friends. Allan is my boy & I have no apologies for that buana. But as always, mumus who just joined X the other day wants to overthrow me in my position as the leader of Walala Hoii bcoz they can't fathom how a Peasant rat can hangout with the big boys,, my friend hii maisha ni kujipanga. Chesaa!!🌚
Men,
When life first turns against you,
It will first attack your emotions,
When a woman turns against you,
She will provoke your emotions.
Protect your emotions like GOLD.
When you protect your inner world, the outer world loses power to control you.

As a man, after you cross 30, sit down and study the patterns in your family. Look at what distracted, delayed, or derailed the men before you. Look at what destroyed them. Your father, his brothers, your uncles, older cousins etc... is it booze, is it gambling, is it women, is it recklessly siring everywhere, is it poor financial decisions, did they struggle with deep anger issues, domestic terrorists, did they practice witchcraft and all that.
Sit down and study those patterns,, then make intentional decisions to break those cycles. Remember some of these things are normal vices. Look for a recurring or deep recognizable patterns that are plastered all over men in your family. What brought them down. Do you see a pattern? Now that!
As Joshua Selman always says “As a man, number one thing that will help you live to your potential is knowing what can bring you down”. And you may not run away from your family tree. Refuse to be a victim of repeated patterns. Because they are there.
Whether you know it or not. Whether you recognize them or you don’t. They exist. They didn’t have the knowledge and resources we now have. Honor your progeny. Break out of them. Be made of Gold.
