Extremely poor service by Carrier AC . ₹4,200 taken for PCB replacement, but AC is STILL NOT WORKING. No bill/invoice provided and service was closed w/o my OTP. Despite repeated complaints, no resolution.
This is unacceptable. Please intervene urgently.
