JUSTIFICATION:
Today, while discussing a product update in the FPS, we realized that the revised FPS had a tighter dissolution limit 20 minutes instead of the previous 45 minutes and we didn’t have stability data supporting the new limit.
With the dossier close to submission,

My manager simply said, “No. That’s not how it should be. Justification is not a way to cover something we should have done correctly.”
