Repetition is the language your brain understands. Neuroplasticity doesn’t care about your intentions. It only counts how many times you fire the same circuit. It speaks in frequency, so be careful what you rehearse. It eventually becomes who you are and shapes what you attract.
WE NEED WOMEN HEALERS
We need women who have walked through hell and yet carried their innocence and purity home with them.
Women who don't just look into someone's eyes, but into their soul. Women who can hear the silent cries hidden behind a smile, and fill those empty spaces with love, gentle words, sacred songs, and quiet hope.
Women who can soothe a weary soul. Women who take the hand of a wounded child, a broken girl, or a shattered heart, and gently whisper, "Look up... the rainbow is still waiting for you."
Women who speak the language of trees, stones, mountains, rivers, flowers, and animals. Women who listen to nature with reverence, understand its wisdom, and walk beside it as a loving guardian rather than its master.
Women who have faced their emotional wounds, survived violence, healed their deepest scars, rebuilt their self-worth, learned to love themselves, and discovered the courage to say "no" without guilt and "yes" to their own truth.
Women who honor the ancient wisdom of herbs, flowers, natural healing, and sacred arts, no longer ashamed of the gifts that have always lived within them.
Women whose presence feels like a blessing. Women who walk as though unseen angels move beside them, and whose every step becomes a dance of compassion, grace, and healing energy.
Women who honor their roots—not by remaining trapped in the past, but by transforming inherited pain into new life, new wisdom, and a stronger tree for generations to come.
Women who are no longer victims of their stories, but powerful creators of their choices.
Women who help other souls remember their freedom. Women whose healing is not a technique, but the sacred fruit of years of tears, courage, surrender, and inner transformation.
Women who express themselves with humility because they no longer need to prove who they are. They have already remembered.
They are not seeking recognition—they are honored through the prayers, gratitude, and healing of the lives they touch.
We need women who know exactly who they are.
Women who serve the world with open hearts, gentle hands, and fearless compassion.
Women who have become light because they have made peace with their own darkness.
Women who have become love because they first learned to love themselves.
Women who have become healers because they were willing to heal themselves.
And through their presence alone, they remind others that no soul is ever too broken to bloom again.
These are the women who change the world—not by seeking power, but by awakening love, hope, and healing wherever they go.

A wicked person may speak sweetly, but that is not the reason to trust them. Honey may rest on the tip of their tongue, yet in their heart lies the deadly Halahala poison.

When a drop of water falls upon a red-hot iron, its name is forgotten (it evaporates instantly).
The same drop, when it rests upon a lotus leaf, shines beautifully like a pearl.
When that very drop falls into an oyster shell in the ocean during Svati Nakshatra, it turns into a pearl.
In the same way, a person’s low, medium, or high qualities are generally born from the company they keep.
Overstimulation can feel like transcendence -
When the mind is so flooded, so completely overwhelmed, it cannot think anymore. The thinker disappears. All the noise, the lights, the sensations become a whirlwind, and suddenly you are no longer the center - you are the whirlwind.
The ego cannot handle it, so it shatters. And in that shattering, for a split second, there is pure being. No past, no future, no 'me.' Just energy exploding.
This is why your discos, your drugs, your internet scrolling till 4 a.m. They are unconscious attempts at meditation. You are chasing samadhi through the back door. But the real meditator says: why not enter through the front gate? Sit silently, let the same intensity arise within, without any outer object. Then overstimulation becomes super-consciousness. The same fire, but now you are the master, not the victim.
“Alchemy, the masters teach, is the process of linking the spiritual to the material. The alchemist is the bridge between the worlds. It is a process of working inside a mirror, knowing always that in the end, the part will reflect the whole. As inside, so outside.
Thomas Qualls
“It has to end, you know.
The self-hatred. The collective shaming. The disdain for other. The emotional armor. The buried pain. The displaced humans.
The misplaced kindness.
The repressed trauma. The fake positivity. The meaningless materialism. The forgotten heart. 🧵
