Disappointed with @IndiGo6E . I’m eligible for ₹7,500 compensation under DGCA rules, yet there’s no response to my emails. Ignoring genuine claims isn’t acceptable. They don’t even care even if I raise a complaint to @DGCAIndia.

• Forced to change travel plans for a 10 AM delivery
• Delivery not done as promised
• “Delivered” status marked without delivery
• Later told my package was misplacedBased on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend
