Scripture tells us that Persia, modern day Iran, will be part of a coalition that rises against Israel in the latter days as described in Ezekiel 38. Today we see Iran openly hostile toward Israel and aligned with northern powers (Russia). That alignment is consistent with the prophetic framework.

However, the Bible also teaches caution. Jesus said in Matthew 24 that we would hear of wars and rumors of wars, but that the end is not yet. Not every conflict is the final conflict.

Ezekiel describes a specific invasion in which God Himself intervenes supernaturally and decisively. That has not yet happened.

Most importantly, Jesus Himself said:

“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.”
Matthew 24:36

The timing belongs to God the Father alone. No headline, no war, no alliance gives us permission to set dates or claim certainty where Scripture does not.

What we are witnessing may be preparation. It may be the shaping of alliances that Scripture anticipated. But we must not go beyond what is written.

Biblical truth calls us to vigilance without fear, awareness without speculation, and faith without panic.

God is sovereign over nations.
History is moving toward Christ’s return.
But the date and hour remain in the Father’s hands.

Stay watchful. Stay grounded in Scripture. Stay faithful.
