@Rackspace So your firewall wasn't configured to detect or block anydesk? You let that run? Still no info about your disaster recovery plan and backup. There's no confidence in any of your services. Chat support down for a week at least. No response to tix a week old. Pathetic.

@Rackspace This whole situation shows inept disaster recovery plan, security, patch process, and backup. What a confidence inspiring update - will leverage these backups to "potentially" provide "missing" email data to customers where "possible. How many outs do you need.
